fixed1t Projects

There are all sorts of projects that I come accross as I'm carrying out my research into technology fixes and tips. This may be due to a necessity to make a repair or from the fact that it coincides with a number of my hobbies which include, composing music, doing electronics, computer programming, astronomy, video making or so on, so numerous I'm told its why I gt very little done ;-)

Below is an increasing list of projects and ideas I am working on If they are of interest to you don't forget to bookmark this page.

Ugobe PLEO Robot Dinosaur

Ugobe PLEO is a Robot pet dinosaur toy and research robot manufactured by Innvo Labs. PLEO has the appearance and simulated behavior of a week-old baby Camarasaurus dinosaur. According to Ugobe website, each Pleo would "learn" from its experiences and environment through Artificial Intelligence and develop an individual personality.

Since the demise of the original Ugobe PLEO, it has become difficult to find resources to play and develop with PLEO and the PLEO RB(reborn) software is incompatibled.

As I own and fix PLEO's and their batteries I have created my own fixed1t support page where you can find, information, some resources and practical video links to my fixed1t PLEO videos.

Black & Decker Band Saw Locking Latch Or Catch

There are no Locking Catch or Locking Latch parts available for the old Black And Decker Band Saw so I re-modelled one of my own in 3D Solid Geometry Computer Aided Design and generated an STL file. The background and explanation can be watched in my fixed1t video on my fixed1t YouTube Channel.

The STL file is available below, but as replacement plastic parts for old Black & Decker equipment (if it exists at all) is pretty expensive I would ask that you consider making a small donation in lieu of the work I put in creating and testing this design, just donate using the paypal me link below:

paypal.me/fixed1t

and then email me at fixed1t.fixer@fixed1t.co.uk to say you've donated ensuring you put Black & Decker Band Saw Locking Latch Or Catch as the Subject, once I confirm the donation has been cleared I will email you the file. This file id copyright, please do not share this file with other sites and people.

Thank You For Your Help And Support
